"My favorite thing about working at NDAC is my coworkers! Knowing that I am surrounded by people that love the NDAC mission as much as I do makes every day at work enjoyable. Everyone here works very hard to make NDAC what it is, and I am so lucky to be a part of it!"

"The training process really sets you up for success and I have always felt ready after one shadow shift. The staff at North Dakota Autism Center are always accommodating and very prepared when schedules change due to school or other commitments. I could always go to a case manager for help or advice when I needed it. I really liked that every day was different with my clients, and it kept me on my toes. Being a DSP has taught me so much in such a short amount of time, and I will always take what I learned with me."

No question goes un-answered, no matter how many need to get involved, and no opinion goes unheard."
