Therapeutic Day Program

NDAC plans to offer quality therapeutic day program for children ages 1 to 12 on the autism spectrum and related disorders. Our program will offer nurturing care for the unique behavioral, emotional and physical needs of your special child and incorporate various therapy methods into daily routines to complement their play and enhance development.

NDAC plans to employ an Education Coordinator with a minimum of a

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
-Early Childhood Education

-Elementary Education

-Special Education

 -Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred

Caregivers will have education, experience &/or training

in one or more of the following areas:
-Early Childhood Education

-Elementary Education

-Special Education

-Speech, Occupational, & Physical Therapy

-Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

-The DIR/Floortime model

-Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Private Therapists Welcome!
Therapy rooms will be provided for your privately paid therapists
ABA therapy materials available for use
Many toys and books available for use

We embrace the use of:
-Picture schedules

-Social stories

-Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)

-Behavioral programs

-Special diets

-Medication schedules

Transportation:
Transportation between the center & select schools may be available 

Proposed Rates:
All-day $200 - $225 per week

Half-day $150 - $175 per week
After-school $125 - $150 per week
*Special rates or sliding fee scales may be considered based on need & income

Proposed hours:
7:00 am – 6:00 pm   Monday – Friday
